Baked Bag Chicken and Sweet Cabbage - This is awesome.
- 2 pieces drumstick and drumstick
- 1 kg of sweet cabbage
- 1 piece of onion
- 1 piece of carrot
- 1 piece of tomato
- 1 piece of green pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic (2-3 cloves)
- 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon of ground red pepper

- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- Rub drumsticks and carabatakes with salt and ground pepper.
- Put diced cabbage, finely chopped onion and garlic, diced carrot, peeled and diced tomato, diced pepper into a bowl.
- Add salt, ground pepper, ground cumin, chopped parsley, ground red pepper, 3 tablespoons of oil and 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
- Mix everything well, put it in a baking bag, add drumsticks and carabatakes, close the bag with a strap (it comes with the bag), shake the bag so that the meat comes on top of the cabbage, put it in a baking mold.
- Prick the top of the bag in 2-3 places with a knife and place in a heated oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 1 hour until the chicken turns yellow and the cabbage is soft.
- When it's baked, carefully cut the bag so you don't burn yourself from the steam and put it in a serving dish.
