Bread with acacia flowers - Verica Poznanović - Recipes and Cookbook online

Bread with acacia flowers is not ordinary, it is made from the worlds of acacia, and acacia flowers are medicinal, they do wonders for the body, but that's why its bark is poisonous.

The acacia flower is great for our health, and it blooms from April to the end of May, so now is the ideal time to pick a few precious flowers.

Bread with acacia flowers, ingredients:

  • half a cube of yeast,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar,
  • 500 g of flour,
  • 10 acacia flowers.

Bread with acacia flowers, preparation:

  • Mix the yeast with a little lukewarm water, sugar and a little flour and let it rise.
  • Pour flour, yeast, acacia flowers and salt into the pan.
  • Add enough water to get a medium-thick dough, knead until it starts to separate and does not stick to your fingers, if necessary add more flour.
  • Leave the dough to rise.
  • Knead, shape the bread, cut it in a few places with a knife.
  • Bake the bread in a heated oven at 200 degrees.
  • Sprinkle the baked bread with water, wrap it in a cloth and leave it to cool.
