Easter Bowl.

Easter kuglof, ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 120 g butter
  • 250 g of powdered sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g of cooking chocolate
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml milk

And more:

  • if necessary, powdered sugar
  • if necessary, chocolate for cooking

Easter Kuglof, preparation:

  • Separate the whites from the yolks.
  • Beat the butter with a mixer, add egg yolks, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and beat well with a mixer.
  • Pour in milk, beat with a mixer, then add flour mixed with baking powder and beat well with a mixer.
  • Separately, whip the egg whites until stiff, then gradually add them to the egg yolk mixture and gently mix with a spatula to combine all the ingredients.
  • Coat the mold for kuglof with oil, sprinkle with flour and spread a third of the mixture.
  • Cut the remaining mixture in half, add melted chocolate to one part and mix with a spatula, and leave the other part as it is (yellow).
  • Spread the chocolate mixture over the mixture in the mold and spread the yellow mixture over it.
  • Bake in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
  • Take the baked kuglof out of the oven, let it cool and put it on a tray.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar, decorate with grated chocolate and put a chocolate bunny in the middle of the kuglof and the kuglof is ready.
