Easter Bowl.
Easter kuglof, ingredients:
For the dough:
- 120 g butter
- 250 g of powdered sugar
- 300 g flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 50 g of cooking chocolate
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 125 ml milk
And more:
- if necessary, powdered sugar
- if necessary, chocolate for cooking
Easter Kuglof, preparation:
- Separate the whites from the yolks.
- Beat the butter with a mixer, add egg yolks, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and beat well with a mixer.
- Pour in milk, beat with a mixer, then add flour mixed with baking powder and beat well with a mixer.
- Separately, whip the egg whites until stiff, then gradually add them to the egg yolk mixture and gently mix with a spatula to combine all the ingredients.
- Coat the mold for kuglof with oil, sprinkle with flour and spread a third of the mixture.
- Cut the remaining mixture in half, add melted chocolate to one part and mix with a spatula, and leave the other part as it is (yellow).
- Spread the chocolate mixture over the mixture in the mold and spread the yellow mixture over it.
- Bake in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- Take the baked kuglof out of the oven, let it cool and put it on a tray.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar, decorate with grated chocolate and put a chocolate bunny in the middle of the kuglof and the kuglof is ready.
