Buckwheat pie - I love buckwheat crusts and whenever I find them I try a new recipe. This time I had very good, even thin, crusts - and the pie met all expectations.
- 1 kg of buckwheat husks
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 200 ml of yogurt
- 200 ml of oil
- 200 g of cheese
- 1 spoon of cream
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 100 ml of sour water
- Beat the eggs, add all the other ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Arrange the crusts in a greased tray, cover each one with the filling and so on until you use up all the material.
- Bake the pie in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Cool it, cut it and serve it with a sour-milk product.
