Cauliflower with prosciutto – Zuzana Grnja
- 1 kg of cauliflower
- 2 cubes of chicken soup
- 200 g of prosciutto
- 50 g of parmesan cheese
- 2 dl sour cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g of cheese
- salt (pepper and dry spices to taste)
- breadcrumbs for sprinkling
- Boil the cauliflower in a piece in the coconut soup, and then drain it.
- Cut the prosciutto into thin slices, put a piece of ham in each and roll it into a fisek.
- Grease an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and arrange the boiled cauliflower, divided into florets.
- Stuff the cauliflower in several places with the prepared fillings.
- Beat the cream with egg yolks, add parmesan cheese, season to taste and pour over the cauliflower.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes.
