Salad of boiled Easter eggs - after Easter, we always have boiled eggs left over. Here is one way, how to use them.
Boiled Easter egg salad, ingredients:
- 4 pieces of boiled eggs
- 3 dl sour cream
- 3 spoons of mayonnaise
- 4-5 smaller pickles
- 1 cup olives (a cup of black coffee)
- ten lobes of tea or kulen
- 1 bunch of fresh rocket
- a few leaves of sremus
- a bunch of chives
- 1 green pepper

Boiled Easter egg salad, preparation:
- Wash the herbs and pepper. In a large bowl, cut boiled eggs into pieces, add sliced cucumbers, olives, paprika and herbs.
- Then add the tea, sour cream and mayonnaise and mix gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Garnish as desired and serve.
It is very tasty, it can be served for breakfast or dinner.
