Beet salad.
Beet salad, ingredients:
- 3 large beets,
- 5 cloves of young garlic or 5 cloves of garlic,
- oil,
- vinegar,
- 1 small onion,
- chopped parsley leaves and
- so.
Beet salad, preparation:
- Wash the beetroot and cook until completely soft.
- Then peel it, cut it into rings, add salt, add finely chopped garlic, onion cut into rings, vinegar, and, if desired, finely chopped parsley.
- Put everything in a jar and put it in the fridge.
- Add oil before serving.
