Raspberry jam.
Raspberry jam, ingredients:
- 4 kg of raspberries,
- 1 kg of sugar and
- 4 bags of vanilla sugar.
Raspberry jam, preparation:
- Place the raspberries in a saucepan, add sugar and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Towards the end of cooking, add vanilla sugar and stir constantly for another ten minutes.
- Pour hot jam into jars.
- Close and arrange the jars tightly and leave to cool (I arrange them in a basket and cover them well with a blanket and leave them to cool until tomorrow).
