Muffins with coffee, ingredients:
- 3 eggs,
- 6 spoons of sugar,
- 1 spoon of vanilla sugar or vanilla stick,
- 4 tablespoons of oil,
- 3 spoons of ground coffee,
- 8 spoons of flour and
- 4 tablespoons of lukewarm water.
Muffins with coffee, preparation:
- Beat eggs and sugar, add vanillin sugar, oil, water and finally flour. Combine everything well.
- Divide the entire mass into two parts, add ground coffee to one part and mix well.
- Put the baskets in the muffin tin, first pour one spoonful of the light mass, then one spoonful of the dark mass.
- Turn on the oven at 180°C (do this when you start pouring the mixture) and bake the muffins for about 25 minutes.
- Try with a wooden stick to see if they are cooked. If the dough does not stick to the stick, the muffins are baked.
