Rose Pie - Suzana Mitić
- 500 g pie crust
- File:
- 4 eggs
- 300 g of cheese
- 1 dl of sour water
- 2 dl oil
- a bit of salt
- 1/2 bag of baking powder
- Beat the egg whites first with a mixer, then add the egg yolk.
- Add the crumbled cheese, sour water, oil, salt and baking powder.
- This pie requires a special kind of pan, it is used for muffins and projice. It is a pan with depressions.
- One slice of pie requires only one crust.
- Spread the crust, apply the filling and roll it into a roll.
- Roll each rolled crust into a circle and put it in a baking tray, or place it in one recess of the baking tray.
- Repeat the process until all the skins and all the filling are used up.
- Bake at 200 C until golden brown.
