Patatnik - Dragana Skular
Patatnik is a Bulgarian vegetable and cheese pie, a light summer dish… best served with cold yogurt or sour milk…
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- 4 gr. potatoes (about 800)
- 250 gr. sharp flour
- 100 gr. feta cheese
- so
- beaver
- parsley leaf or fresh mint
- baking powder
- 100 ml. oils
- 3 eggs…
- Dice the pepper, grate the onion and potato.
- Mix baking powder with flour.
- Grate the feta cheese as well.
- Combine all the ingredients with a spoon, pour into a greased and floured baking tray.
- Bake for about 35 min. at 180 degrees.
- Serve with yogurt or sour milk.
