Manti - a famous dish, very tasty.
- 100 g margarine
- 2 price of garlic
- 300 ml of yogurt
- 2 soup cubes
- 400 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of water
- 300 g of minced meat

- Pour flour into a deep dish, add one egg and one egg yolk and 100 ml of water
- Add salt and knead, then knead the dough by hand on a floured surface.
- Let it stand for one hour.
- During this time, finely chop the onion, add minced meat, salt, pepper and combine - knead the ingredients by hand. Leave in the cold until the dough is ready.
- After an hour, knead the dough, roll out the thicker crust and cut it into squares.
- Spread the meat filling on each square. Coat the ends with melted margarine to make them easier to stick. Twist the ends towards the middle and press with your hand.
- Coat a refractory zinnia with melted margarine and arrange the mantis.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 215 degrees.
- In the meantime, mash the garlic and mix with the yogurt and leave to stand.
- Add ground paprika to the remaining melted margarine (and maybe butter).
- After 25 minutes, pour the soup over the manta, then continue baking for another 30 minutes at the same temperature.
- When they are ready, serve them with yogurt topped with a mixture of margarine (butter) and paprika.
