It reminds of childhood in Banat! The long-forgotten ajmpren soup.

Ajmpren broth, preparation:

  • Fry 1 tablespoon of allspice in a little oil, gently so that it does not burn, pour water and let it boil.
  • Boil a whole handful of homemade pasta, add a little seasoning, salt, pepper and add fresh chopped parsley or dill.
  • When everything has boiled, add 1-2 spoons of milk cream, since real Banat cream has not been added to milk cream for a long time.
