Einpren soup - the recipe for the soup was inherited from my grandmother. She always prepared this stew together with the pasta. She most often prepared grenadier march from pasta.
- 1 tablespoon oil (optional)
- 1 tablespoon flour (plain)
- 1 teaspoon of allspice
- 1 liter of pasta water (1 - 1,5 liters)
- 1 handful of pasta (cooked)
- 1 handful of parsley leaves (fresh)
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- spice mix (to taste)
- Fry the flour and allspice in hot oil, gradually pour in the pasta water and cook the broth for about 5 minutes. Add cooked pasta and spices to taste. Sprinkle it with chopped parsley when serving.
