If you ever wondered how the most famous bodybuilder of all time ate, then take a look at what and what kind of meals Arnold Schwarzenegger had.

Not many words should be wasted on Arnold Schwarzenegger. He is reputed to be the best bodybuilder to ever walk the planet. It should be borne in mind that he is an "old school" bodybuilder - he trained in gyms mainly composed of dumbbells, barbells and weights, if we compare with today's "new school" gyms full of various devices (which, of course, are not bad) designed to training would be easier. The author of this text is still a supporter of the old training slogan "no pain, no gain". Muscles are ripped in the gym, fed in the kitchen, and grow in bed.

Every professional (or even recreational) exerciser knows that for a good physique, in addition to hard training, a perfect diet is also needed. In fact, it is safe to say that a proper diet, rich in proteins, carbohydrates, fats and vitamins, is 70% of the job when it comes to a good physique, and training is only 30%. Health and muscles enter the mouth.

Of course, for the development and improvement of muscle mass, proteins are the most important, but this does not mean that other nutrients should be neglected.

Even decades ago, Arnold knew very well the importance of proper nutrition for muscle development. Especially immediately after training, in order to accelerate the recovery of the body after strenuous weight lifting.

If you want to look like Schwarzenegger, then you have to eat like him. Of course, you'll never look anything like Arnold without taking steroids, but you certainly don't need the substance to do it
walked freely along the beach and attracted the sighs of women. It is enough to train regularly and have a diet like him and you will be quite surprised by the results. After all, look at what his "clone" looks like, which we wrote about last week, and which looks just like the former governor of California.

Therefore, we present to you Schwarzenegger's "old school" diet. You'll be quite surprised to see what he's been eating, even though it's a common belief in bodybuilding circles that many of the foods on the following list shouldn't be eaten. Let's begin.
