Alaskan Đuvec - Marija Mirković
- 500 g of catfish fillet
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 dry pepper
- 100 g of peas
- 100 g of rice
- 2 large potatoes
- 200 ml of tomato juice
- pepper (oil, salt)
- Fry finely chopped onion in oil, add chopped carrot and peas. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Then add chopped dry pepper, rice, potatoes cut into larger cubes and pour tomato juice. Cook for about 15 minutes. Salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, arrange pieces of salted catfish on the surface of the mixture, pour a little water and simmer in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
