Alcazar cubes - I have had the recipe for these cubes for more than 30 years and I only made them once a long time ago. Flipping through notebooks with recipes, I wanted to present this delicacy to you. Bark:

  • 10 egg whites
  • 22 spoons of crystal sugar;
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 100 g of ground walnuts
  • 100 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs

File:

  • 10 egg yolks
  • 10 spoon of sugar
  • 20 tablespoon of water
  • 20 spoon of sugar
  • 3 spoons of cocoa
  • 3 ribs of cooking chocolate
  • 250 g butter
  • 2 bags of marshmallows
  • 200 ml of mineral carbonated water
  1. For the crust, beat egg whites with sugar until stiff. Add the other ingredients, mix everything well with a wire, not a mixer, and pour into a 20 x 30 cm baking tray lined with baking paper.
  2. Bake the crust in an oven heated to 180 degrees until the dough separates from the edges of the pan. Remove the crust from the pan and leave to cool.

File:

  1. Mix 20 spoons of sugar and 20 spoons of water well, add cocoa and broken chocolate and mix everything together at a medium temperature until it is the consistency of thinner honey. Leave this part of the filling to cool while you steam 10 egg yolks with 10 spoons of sugar.
  2. Beat egg yolks with sugar and steam. Cool this part of the filling, then combine it with the chocolate filling, beat everything well to combine, and finally add the whipped butter. Put the whipped filling over the cooled crust and flatten it well.
  3. Whip 2 bags of whipped cream with mineral carbonated water, put over the filling and grate chocolate on top.
  4. Make the cake the day before so that it cools down well.
