American pancakes - Snezana Kitanović
A little different but equally delicious...
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 2,5 cups flour
- 2 cup of milk
- 0,33 cups of oil
- 0,33 cups of sugar
- 1 bag of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- nougat cream
- Beat the egg white separately in a mixing bowl.
- Combine all the ingredients and finally add egg whites and mix everything well.
- Pour small circles into the heated pan with a ladle.
- Fill as desired.
Wild blueberries and dogwoods were used for decoration.
