American potatoes - tasty, crispy and nice! Try it!
- 5 pieces of medium-sized potatoes
- 10 tablespoons of white corn flour
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 3 teaspoons of ground paprika (3-4 teaspoons)
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 teaspoons of dry herb seasoning
- spice
- 4 dl oil
- Wash the potatoes well and cook them with the skin on, so that they remain firm. Take them out of the water, dry them, cut them first into halves and then into quarters. Divide the resulting amount into two parts. Mix all the listed ingredients in a freezer bag, first insert one part of the potatoes and mash the potatoes nicely in the bag and fry in heated oil until golden brown. Take it out of the pot, arrange it on a napkin to absorb the excess fat, and insert the second round, prepared in the same way. When all the potatoes are fried, put them back in the freezer bag, roll them up and fry them in the oil for just another minute, so that they catch the skin. Serve warm. Pleasant!
