For the pancakes:

  • 150 grams of flour
  • 20 grams of cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 250 ml milk

For the filling:

  • 1 bag of sweet cream flavored pudding
  • 4-5 spoons of sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 ml of water
  • 1/2 margarine
  • whipped cream if desired
  • grated chocolate if desired
  • optional chocolate topping.
  1. Sift the flour with cocoa powder and baking powder and set aside. Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until the mass becomes creamy, add oil and half of the milk, then continue beating until the mixture is completely uniform. Then add the prepared mixture of flour, cocoa and baking powder to the mixture, then beat with a whisk. When the mixture is compact, gradually add the remaining amount of milk, all the while beating with a whisk. Let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes before baking the pancakes. Using a small ladle, pour the mixture into a heated, oiled Teflon pan (at the same time, form small pancakes, so that it is easier for you to turn them, so that they do not split if they are large).
  2. Bake until the entire surface of the pancake is filled with bubbles, then turn to the other side.
  3. Cook for another minute on the other side, then remove from the pan. Repeat the process until you have used up the entire mixture (this amount makes ten smaller pancakes).
  4. Boil the pudding in a mixture of milk and water with the addition of sugar. Leave to cool. Then beat it with half of the margarine. Spread the first pancake with this filling, then place the second one, and spread it with the same filling.
  5. Place the third pancake, and use a pastry syringe to squeeze out the whipped cream in the form of mounds on top of it. Sprinkle with grated chocolate, cover with chocolate sauce and serve. For the filling, you can also use any other favorite filling, toppings, fruit or honey. One portion requires three pancakes.
