Pineapple cake - a delicious and irresistible cake.

Pineapple cake, ingredients:

Kore

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 spoon of sugar
  • 6 tablespoon flour

File

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 7 spoon of sugar
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of rum
  • 0,5 liter of milk
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 can of pineapple (diced or fresh diced pineapple)

For decoration

  • 400 g of jam

Pineapple cake, preparation:

 

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar and egg yolks. Add egg yolks one by one.
  2. Pour half of the dough into a greased pan and bake.
  3. Bake the second half of the dough separately.
  4. Cut the skins into four parts and pour over them with canned pineapple juice.

  1. Beat egg yolks with sugar, add vanilla sugar, rum and flour, then pour everything into the boiling milk. Cook until a firm cream is obtained. Add well-beaten butter to the cooled cream

Decorating:

  1. Place the pineapple cubes on the skins first, then the filling, and so on.
  2. Let it stand in the fridge for at least two days.
  3. Before serving, cover the top with whipped cream and decorate with seasonal and southern fruits, which you have on hand. Pleasant!
