Anja's Apricot cake - fantastic taste, yet quick and cheap cake. An ideal treat for today's nemaja 🙂

  • 3 eggs
  • 500 g of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 dl. milk
  • 300 g of flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 10 spoons of apricot jam
  • 50 g of cooking chocolate
  • 50 g margarine

Bark:

  1. beat 3 eggs with 250 g of sugar, add 3 tablespoons of oil, 1 dl. milk, 300g of flour. baking powder and vanilla sugar.
  2. Unite.
  3. Pour the crust mixture into a pre-greased pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 30 minutes at 150°

File:

  1. 2 dl. water, 200g of sugar, 4 cups of jam, put and boil everything together for a few minutes.
  2. Cool the filling.
  3. Cut the crust in half, crumble and combine with the filling, spread 6 kas on the other half of the crust. jam, then spread the filling.

Make the glaze:

  1. 50g of sugar and 1dl. of milk, bring to a gentle boil, add 50g of chocolate, cook until combined.
  2. Cool, then knead 50g of margarine.
  3. Spread the glaze on top of the stake.
  4. Place the stake in the refrigerator to cool and harden.
