Anja's apricot cake - Adriana Gašpar
Anja's Apricot cake - fantastic taste, yet quick and cheap cake. An ideal treat for today's nemaja 🙂
- 3 eggs
- 500 g of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 2 dl. milk
- 300 g of flour
- 1 baking powder
- 1 vanilla bean
- 10 spoons of apricot jam
- 50 g of cooking chocolate
- 50 g margarine
Bark:
- beat 3 eggs with 250 g of sugar, add 3 tablespoons of oil, 1 dl. milk, 300g of flour. baking powder and vanilla sugar.
- Unite.
- Pour the crust mixture into a pre-greased pan.
- Bake the crust for 30 minutes at 150°
File:
- 2 dl. water, 200g of sugar, 4 cups of jam, put and boil everything together for a few minutes.
- Cool the filling.
- Cut the crust in half, crumble and combine with the filling, spread 6 kas on the other half of the crust. jam, then spread the filling.
Make the glaze:
- 50g of sugar and 1dl. of milk, bring to a gentle boil, add 50g of chocolate, cook until combined.
- Cool, then knead 50g of margarine.
- Spread the glaze on top of the stake.
- Place the stake in the refrigerator to cool and harden.
