Argentine chicken – delicious and decorative!
Argentine chicken - Ivana Pešić
- 400 g of chicken meat
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 price of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 paprika
- 2 tomatoes
- 200 g of corn
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- a bit of salt
- some pepper
- Fry the chicken in hot oil. When the meat turns white, add chopped vegetables and stew for about half an hour.
- Then add corn and spices. Mix well and serve warm with a seasonal salad.
