Avocado and sour cream - energy for your baby in a delicious porridge.
- 1 piece of avocado (diced)
- 50 g of sour cream
- 1 piece zucchini (diced)
- Peel the zucchini and cut it into cubes and put it to cook for about 8 minutes from the minute it boils.
- Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes. When the zucchini is cooked, strain the zucchini. And together with the cream, put the zucchini avocado in the blender.
- Blend until you get a smooth paste.
- Check the temperature before serving to your baby.
The color of this porridge is not attractive to the eye, so you can add some carrots or red potatoes.
