Avocado, vegetables and cinnamon - one of the interesting ways to prepare lunch porridge from vegetables, avocado with the addition of cinnamon.

  • 1 piece of avocado (diced)
  • 1 piece of carrot (diced)
  • 0,25 piece of red potato (diced)
  • cinnamon
  1. Peel the carrots and potatoes, cut them into cubes and put them in water to boil for about 10 minutes, until they become soft.
  2. Peel and dice the avocado and put it in a blender with a little cinnamon.
  3. Strain the vegetables and add to the blender with the avocado. Blend until smooth. Due to the oiliness of the avocado and the dryness of the potatoes and carrots, you may need to add a little boiled clean water to thin it out.
  4. Wait for it to cool and then offer it to the baby.
  5. Do not overdo it with cinnamon, the amount of one pinch is quite enough.
