Bayadera with peanuts - it's very tasty.
- 4 grams of nuts
- 250 grams of margarine
- 350 grams of ground biscuits
- 100 grams of density
- 100 grams of ground roasted peanuts
- 80 grams of chocolate
Frosting:
- 100 grams of chocolate
- 4 tablespoons of oil
for sprinkling
- 20 grams of peanuts (ground)
- In a zinnia, mix ground biscuits, thickener and ground peanuts.
- Boil 20 cups of water with 400 grams of sugar, and when it boils, let it boil for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add margarine, knead until it melts.
- Then add the zinnia mixture and mix well.
- Divide the mass into two parts and add 80 grams of melted chocolate to one.
- Cover a small baking sheet with nylon foil and first spread the part with chocolate and distribute it evenly, then put the pale part on top and distribute it in the same way. Let it cool a little, I left it overnight.
- Later, sprinkle with chocolate glaze and, if desired, sprinkle with peanuts.
