Grandma's cake with cherries - Sandra Avtovska
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of flour
- 250 ml of yogurt
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 baking powder
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 400 g of cherries (peeled)
- Beat eggs with a whisk, then add oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, yogurt, flour.
- Put baking paper in a tray and pour the dough on it. Arrange the cherries on top of the dough. It is not necessary to push the cherries to the bottom, because they will fall in during baking.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes (prick with a toothpick and if no dough remains on it, it is baked).
- Sprinkle the powder with sugar. Serve when the cake has cooled.
