Granny's cookie.
Grandma's cake, ingredients:
- 2 eggs,
- 125 ml of oil,
- 300 ml of milk,
- 50 g of sugar,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring,
- 1 bag of baking powder,
- 1 pinch of salt,
- 300 g of flour.
Grandmother's cake, preparation:
- Separate the whites from the yolks.
- Beat egg yolks, sugar, oil, milk, vanilla flavoring and flour mixed with baking powder with a mixer.
- Beat the egg whites with a mixer with 1 pinch of salt, add to the yolk mixture and mix with a spatula to combine all the ingredients.
- Heat the appliance for grandma's cake, coat it with oil and put 2 spoons of the prepared mixture in the middle.
- Cover and keep the lid on for a few minutes so that the mixture is evenly distributed in the mold.
- Bake for a few minutes.
- Place on a plate.
- Grandma's kokač to serve and serve.
Tip: Before serving, you can sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar. If you have little ones, you can coat the cake with Nutella or Eurocream. Each of us has our own way of preparing this cake. The cake prepared this way is very tasty and soft.
