  • 6 eggs
  • 6 spoon of sugar
  • 200 ml. oils

  • 200 gr. coconut
  • 1 baking powder
  • 150 gr. walnut
  • 100 gr. chocolates
  • 500 gr. bark for gibanica

Ingredients for syrup:

  • 1 liters of water
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 600 gr. sugar
  1. Beat egg whites with sugar, add egg yolks, then oil, cream and coconut mixed with baking powder.
  2. Fill 3 crusts with this cream and sprinkle nuts and chocolate on the third.
  3. Roll it into a roll, cut the roll and place it on a baking sheet.
  4. This is the measurement for 4 rolls, there are usually 12 in a package of crusts.
  5. Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees, pour hot baklava with cold syrup.
