Okra with leeks.
- 300 g okra (young)
- 3 pieces of leek
- 1,5 dl tomato concentrate
- so
- beaver
- Origan
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon green leaves (chopped)
- Cut the leek into larger pieces and stew in salted water until it falls and becomes glassy.
- I had okra frozen and chopped. I put them frozen in leeks to stew.
- I added pepper, oregano and tomato puree and 2dl of water. She mixed everything and left it on low heat to simmer for 15 minutes.
