Bananas on a skewer - Ivana Pešić
- 5 banana
- 100 g of coconut
- 100 g of ground biscuits
- 100 g of grated chocolate
- 300 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- wooden sticks for skewers
- Peel the bananas and cut them into thick rings. Put the pan with sugar on the fire to melt, and when it starts to turn yellow, add lemon juice and margarine and only then stir. Remove from the heat. Dip the prepared bananas in caramelized sugar and roll them in coconut. biscuits and grated chocolate. Leave the bananas to harden. Before serving, string the bananas on wooden sticks.
