Banini – Biljana Mladenović
Banini – a very simple cake, but so delicious.
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups of oil
- 9 cups flour
- 1/2 baking powder
- 1 vanilla sugar
- strawberry jam
- a little powdered sugar.
- Beat eggs in a mixing bowl, add oil, baking powder and vanilla-sugar and knead the dough.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut out circles with a glass.
- Arrange them in a pan lined with parchment paper.
- On each circle, make an indentation with the bottom of the glass and apply a little jam.
- Bake the cakes for a short time so that they remain white.
- Salt the powder with sugar.
