A wonderful meal very light and juicy….
- 4 pieces of chicken drumstick
- 1 spoon of spice
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- pepper (a little)
- 1 dl white wine
- 1 dl of water
Ingredients for the filling
- fat from frying drumsticks
- 2 spoons of sour cream
- 1 spoon of spice
- dill (a little)
- 1 teaspoon thick
- Separate the drumsticks from the bones, season them well and fry them.
- Add white wine and water and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
- Then take out the drumsticks and add sour cream, stock and dill to the fat where the drumsticks were fried.
- When the sauce thickens, serve as desired either with boiled rice or mashed potatoes...
