Batak with carabatak on potatoes - chicken that sticks to your fingers.
- 4 chicken drumsticks with carabatak
- 600 g of potatoes
- a little bit of oil
- 1/2 teaspoon curry
- some herbs
- salt to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters.
- Salt the meat, add herbs and curry.
- Arrange the meat on top of the potatoes, add a little oil and very little water and bake in the oven at 200 C for 60 minutes. Pleasant.
