Bećar paprikash - Suzana Mitić
- 500 g of chicken meat of your choice
- 2 dl of ground tomatoes
- 5 red roasted peppers
- 4 onions
- a little oil
- salt as needed
- a little dry herb seasoning
- a little more spicy
- Put the chicken meat on the oil to fry, so that it catches a nice crust. Then add a little water and stew the meat.
- Add finely chopped onion. Sauté everything together.
- Add tomatoes and pepper cut into strips. Simmer everything together until the water evaporates. Add spices to taste.
