  • for the filling:
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 3 bags of sweet cream flavored pudding
  • 1 spoon of density
  • 9 spoons of sugar
  • 200 g of white chocolate
  • 250 g butter (or margarine)
  • and more:
  • 70 pieces of petit biscuits
  • 100 g of jam
  • 200 ml milk
  • a little milk for dipping the biscuits
  1. Mix the pudding and the mixture with 150 ml of milk. Add sugar to the remaining milk, heat and boil the pudding. Remove from the heat, add the white chocolate and stir until it melts. Cool well (at room temperature) and mix with whipped margarine or butter.
  2. Dip biscuits (14 pieces, 7 pieces each in 2 rows) in milk and arrange on a tray. Put the filling on top (a fifth of the total amount) and another row of biscuits... The cake has 5 rows of biscuits and 5 rows of filling.
  3. Beat the slag with milk (or water) and spread over the filling. Decorate the cake with grated white chocolate. Leave to cool and harden. Enjoy the taste.
