White ice cubes - if you like coconut and cream cakes, if you want your whole apartment to smell like coconut. Juicy, white, creamy... and very economical.

For the crust

  • 3 cups of yogurt
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 200 gr coconut
  • 200 g semolina
  • 1 bag of baking powder

For syrup:

  • 250 g of sugar
  • 5 dl of water

For the filling you need:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 15 spoons of sugar
  • 15 spoons of flour
  • 250 g of margarine
  • 3 bags of vanilla sugar

For decoration:

  • 100 g of marshmallows
  • 1 piece of orange
  1. Pour yogurt into a suitable container and add sugar, coconut, semolina and baking powder.
  2. It is not necessary to turn on the mixer for the crust.
  3. The bark is beaten with a whisk.
  4. When the ingredients are nicely mixed, pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200 C for about 10 minutes, depending on the oven, until it turns golden brown.
  5. When the crust is baked, remove it to a plate and pour warm syrup over the warm crust.
  6. For the syrup, you need to boil sugar and water for 3 minutes.
  7. Beat the flour with a little milk and put the rest of the milk on the stove. Add sugar. When it boils, add the beaten flour, without lumps, and cook the cream while constantly stirring.
  8. Allow to cool.
  9. Beat margarine until foamy, add vanilla sugar and flour pudding.
  10. Beat with a mixer until you get a smooth cream.
  11. Place the whole filling over the crust.
  12. Beat the slag according to the instructions on the bag and cover the cake.
  13. Cool well before serving, at least three hours.
  14. Cut into cubes.
  15. Decorate each cube with an orange circle.
  16. Enjoy the taste.
