White ice cubes - if you like coconut and cream cakes, if you want your whole apartment to smell like coconut. Juicy, white, creamy... and very economical.
For the crust
- 3 cups of yogurt
- 200 g of sugar
- 200 gr coconut
- 200 g semolina
- 1 bag of baking powder
For syrup:
- 250 g of sugar
- 5 dl of water
For the filling you need:
- 1 liter of milk
- 15 spoons of sugar
- 15 spoons of flour
- 250 g of margarine
- 3 bags of vanilla sugar
For decoration:
- 100 g of marshmallows
- 1 piece of orange
- Pour yogurt into a suitable container and add sugar, coconut, semolina and baking powder.
- It is not necessary to turn on the mixer for the crust.
- The bark is beaten with a whisk.
- When the ingredients are nicely mixed, pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200 C for about 10 minutes, depending on the oven, until it turns golden brown.
- When the crust is baked, remove it to a plate and pour warm syrup over the warm crust.
- For the syrup, you need to boil sugar and water for 3 minutes.
- Beat the flour with a little milk and put the rest of the milk on the stove. Add sugar. When it boils, add the beaten flour, without lumps, and cook the cream while constantly stirring.
- Allow to cool.
- Beat margarine until foamy, add vanilla sugar and flour pudding.
- Beat with a mixer until you get a smooth cream.
- Place the whole filling over the crust.
- Beat the slag according to the instructions on the bag and cover the cake.
- Cool well before serving, at least three hours.
- Cut into cubes.
- Decorate each cube with an orange circle.
- Enjoy the taste.
- Pleasant.
