White meat with spinach in chips.
- 1 white meat
- 300 g of spinach
- 50 g of grated cheese
- 1 egg
- g about 100 chips with some flavor as desired
- so
- beaver
- flour
- Separate the white meat from the bones to get two pieces of meat and cut from the sides.
- Cut the spinach into small pieces, chop the chips.
- Add cheese, salt, pepper and 1 spoonful of chips to the spinach, fill the meat, deep fry (flour, egg, chips) in deep oil.
