White meat with sesame seeds - quick to prepare and very tasty.
White meat with sesame, ingredients:
- 500 g of chicken white meat
- so
- Herbs
- 100 g of sesame
- oil (a little)
White meat with sesame, preparation:
- Cut the meat into slices, add salt and herbs and roll in sesame seeds.
- On hot oil, fry the meat on both sides until golden brown.
