White poultry meat with vegetables, ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of chicken white meat (2 x 130 g (these are the amounts calculated for 2 physically inactive people 1,70 m tall. To adapt the recipe to your needs, see the appropriate page in the book.))
  • 1 spoon of sour cream
  • 1 piece of leek
  • 1 piece of carrot
  • 1 piece of celery (one cutlet)
  • 4 pieces of champignons (medium size)
  • 1 head of red onion
  • 2 twigs of a person
  • 10 cl of white wine
  • 1,5 tablespoon of olive oil
  • so
  • ground pepper

White poultry meat with vegetables, preparation:

  1. Salt and pepper the chicken white meat and let it stand.
  2. Clean the carrot and celery, finely chop them and sauté them in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the red onion cut into rings.
  3. Clean the champignons, put the whole heads aside, and chop the sticks and add them to the other vegetables, cook everything on moderate heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Fill the white meat with the prepared vegetables, which should be closed, for example with toothpicks, and then fill the mushroom heads.
  5. Clean the leek, chop it finely and fry it in the remaining olive oil. Be careful not to burn. Add white wine and stir.
  6. As soon as it boils, add the stuffed white meat, cook for 8 minutes, then remove the white meat and leave it warm.
  7. Put the mushrooms to cook for 3 minutes in the white wine in which the meat was cooked, then leave it warm.
  8. Reheat the leeks in wine and olive oil, add the cream and let it boil.
  9. Place white meat and mushrooms on plates, pour sauce over everything and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
