Vegetable wafers.

Vegetable wafers, ingredients:

  • 1 large wafer,

and for the filling:

  • one and a half cups for white coffee milk,
  • 3 cups of white coffee sugar,
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa or 50 g of cooking chocolate,
  • 1 margarine,
  • 150 g of ground walnuts and
  • 400 g of ground biscuits.

Vegetable wafers, preparation:

  • Pour sugar, cocoa into a large saucepan and mix, then add milk and mix again and place on the stove to melt with constant stirring. It is not necessary to boil, just to dissolve the sugar.
  • When the sugar has dissolved, add the margarine cut into smaller pieces and stir until the margarine melts.
  • When the margarine melts, add ground walnuts and ground biscuits and mix to obtain a uniform mass.
  • The resulting filling can be used to spread wafers immediately. Put 3 spoonfuls of filling on one wafer and distribute the filling on the wafer with larger cubes and put the next crust and filling and do the same with two more wafers. No filling is placed on the last wafer.
  • Put a pan over the last wafer, so that the wafers stick together and leave it until tomorrow.
  • The next day, you can cut the wafer and arrange it on a tray.

The wafer takes about 30 minutes to prepare and is enough for several people
