Birjan with chicken - Javorka Filipović
- 200 g of chicken fillet
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 3 potatoes
- 50 g of rice
- landing
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika

- water
- Peel and finely chop the chicken. Fry onion and carrot in oil, then add chicken and sweet paprika. Add the potatoes cut into rings, then season everything and pour water to cover it.
- Simmer until the potatoes are soft. At the end, add the parboiled rice, stir gently and bake in the oven.
- Birjan can be eaten both cold and warm. It goes well with sour cream or hot pepper.
