Sour cream biscuits - another great recipe from an old cookbook. Ideal for all kinds of holidays and celebrations.
- 800 g of flour
- 300 g of sugar
- 125 g of butter
- 200 g of sour cream
- 3 pieces of eggs
- baking soda (a little)
- vanilla sugar (to taste)
- lemon zest (to taste)
- Beat 3 eggs with sugar, add butter, cream, vanilla sugar and lemon zest, baking soda and mix everything well. Add flour and mix the dough well.
- Roll out the dough thinly to a thickness of 2-3 millimeters and use a mold to cut out various shapes.
- Arrange in a greased tray with enough space between the biscuits. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
