Sour cream biscuits - Recipes and Cookbook online

Sour cream biscuits - another great recipe from an old cookbook. Ideal for all kinds of holidays and celebrations.

  • 800 g of flour
  • 300 g of sugar
  • 125 g of butter
  • 200 g of sour cream
  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • baking soda (a little)
  • vanilla sugar (to taste)
  • lemon zest (to taste)
  1. Beat 3 eggs with sugar, add butter, cream, vanilla sugar and lemon zest, baking soda and mix everything well. Add flour and mix the dough well.
  2. Roll out the dough thinly to a thickness of 2-3 millimeters and use a mold to cut out various shapes.
  3. Arrange in a greased tray with enough space between the biscuits. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
