Biscuits with celery - I put together recipes for children. Foods that children do not always accept should be well packed. It was the celery's turn. This is how these delicious biscuits were created.

  • 150 g of flour
  • 100 g of cream cheese
  • 50 g butter
  • 0,33 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons of grated celery (3-4 tablespoons)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 30 ml of water
  • garlic powder (to taste)
  1. Heat half the amount of butter and fry the celery at a medium temperature until it is lightly browned.
  2. Stir occasionally.
  3. While the celery is frying, add flour, cheese, baking powder and the rest of the butter - make a mixture by rubbing.
  4. When the celery is ready, add the specified spices (1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and a pinch of garlic powder).
  5. Add water, cool a little and pour into the flour mixture.
  6. Mix all the ingredients.
  7. Form biscuits on the baking paper - put a teaspoon of the mixture and press a little.
  8. You will get about 15 biscuits from this quantity.

  9. Turn on the oven at 200-220 degrees, depending on the strength of the oven.

  10. While the oven is heating up, the biscuits should stand.

  11. Bake the biscuits for about 15 minutes, i.e. until lightly browned.
