The benefits of goat's milk: goat's milk is one of the healthiest foods when we talk about dairy products. Its chemical structure is remarkably similar to breast milk.

Since time immemorial, goat's milk has been used not only for nutrition, but also as an auxiliary tool for treating many diseases such as bronchitis, suppressing allergies, strengthening immunity, treating and strengthening the lungs...

It contains vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 and strengthens the nervous system. Because of all this, the medicinal properties of goat's milk should attract even those people who do not really like its characteristic taste and smell. However, freshly milked goat's milk, which is properly handled by maintaining a high level of hygiene, does not differ in this sense from cow's milk. The nutrition of the goats is also an important factor. Goat's milk has nutritional and health advantages over cow's milk, primarily better digestibility and anti-allergic properties.

Medicinal properties of goat's milk

Goat's milk is rich in calcium and phosphorus, which are important for bone strength, as well as zinc and selenium, powerful antioxidants that maintain the body's immunity. Spanish scientists recommend goat's milk to people suffering from anemia caused by a lack of iron in the blood. It is goat's milk, they say, that encourages better utilization of iron in the body and the renewal of hemoglobin, the blood pigment that contains iron.

This milk is a rich source of biodegradable calcium, iron, phosphorus and magnesium and contains them in higher concentrations than cow's milk. It is extremely useful to consume it, because it has certain, effective therapeutic values.

Given that goats eat the bark of plants, their milk is rich in silicon, a mineral that positively affects the skin, hair, nails and nervous system. It contains many proteins rich in essential amino acids, a wide range of vitamins and no hard-to-digest fats. Not only is it easier to digest than cow's milk, but goat's milk contains less lactose, making it easier for people with lactose intolerance to tolerate.
