Bob's bread with whole seeds - Boba Vlajsavljević

  • 100 g oat bran
  • 50 g of sesame
  • 50 g of sunflower
  • 40 g of flax
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 spoons of sour water
  • so

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients, add oil and sour water, then mix until the mass is combined.
  2. The dough is thin, don't worry.
  3. Transfer to a pan, cover with baking paper and bake for about an hour at 180 degrees.
  4. Cut it when it cools completely, and keep it wrapped in a kitchen towel so that it does not dry out.
  5. It is not moist in the middle, cuts nicely, is crispy and has an unusual and nice taste.
