Bob's bread with whole seeds - Boba Vlajsavljević
- 100 g oat bran
- 50 g of sesame
- 50 g of sunflower
- 40 g of flax
- 4 eggs
- 1 baking powder
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 spoons of sour water
- so
- bowl of soup
- Mix all the dry ingredients, add oil and sour water, then mix until the mass is combined.
- The dough is thin, don't worry.
- Transfer to a pan, cover with baking paper and bake for about an hour at 180 degrees.
- Cut it when it cools completely, and keep it wrapped in a kitchen towel so that it does not dry out.
- It is not moist in the middle, cuts nicely, is crispy and has an unusual and nice taste.
