Bomb cake - cake like a bomb! For all chocolate lovers…
- 5 pieces of eggs
- 1 pack of margarine (or butter)
- 250 g of cooking chocolate
- 250 g sugar (crystal)
- 2 boxes of biscuits (larger)
- 0,5 liter of milk
- Beat egg whites, then add sugar.
- Beat egg yolks and margarine separately.
- Melt the chocolate, add to the egg yolks, then combine everything together with the egg whites.
- Dip the biscuits in lukewarm milk and arrange them in a container that has been previously lined with foil or cellophane.
- Arrange the cookies first on the bottom and then on the sides of the dish, then pour half of the chocolate filling over the cookies, arrange 4-5 cookies and then pour the remaining filling.
- Decorate the cake with whipped cream or sweet cream.
