Ingredients for green beans:

  • 1 onion (larger)
  • 1 piece of carrot (larger)
  • 1 piece of potato (medium size)
  • 300 g of green beans
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 handful dill
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • oil (if needed)

Ingredients for eggplant:

  • 300 g of eggplant
  • 1 teaspoon of ground paprika
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt (to taste: pepper, coriander, ground cumin, crushed rosemary, nutmeg, turmeric, allspice, marjoram, parsley)
  • 3 tablespoons of roasted sesame seeds

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

  1. Fry the finely chopped onion until it softens and turns golden brown, then divide it into two parts - transfer one part to the other pot in which the eggplant will be prepared
  2. In the first part, add chopped carrots, potatoes and green beans, pour 1 cup of water and simmer until the vegetables are soft. Then add chopped garlic, dill, salt and pepper. Simmer for another minute.
  3. To prepare the eggplant, add allspice to the stewed onion and fry it for a few seconds, then add the finely chopped eggplant (which you previously salted and left to stand so that the bitterness comes out).

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

  1. Pour 1 dl of water, add a bay leaf, finely chopped garlic and simmer it at a lower temperature until it softens. Add the specified spices to taste and boil for a few more minutes. Stir in the sesame seeds.
  2. With the addition of salad, you will have a complete healthy meal ;).
  3. Of course, you don't have to use all the listed spices - use the ones you like.
  4. It is enough to put a pinch or two of each spice.
