Green beans - it is best to make this dish when fresh green beans are in season...

  • 1 kg of yellow green beans
  • 1 large onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 pieces of carrot (root)
  • 300 g of hunting sausage
  • 4 pieces of chicken wings
  • 2 teaspoons of ground pepper
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of fat
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • pepper (to taste)
  • dry herb seasoning (to taste)
  1. Finely chop the onion and cut the sardines into rings. Put the fat in a saucepan and when it melts, add the onion and sardines. Simmer for five minutes. Heat water in another saucepan and put 2 soup cubes. Stir until the cubes melt.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the soup with onion and sargarep and simmer for about 20 minutes with the addition of chicken broth.
    Wash green beans, clean and cut into pieces of the desired size,
    Put the green beans in a bowl, add the sausages cut into rings and stew everything together for about 30 minutes.
    Add more water if necessary to get the desired thickness, add more spices if necessary.
  3. Towards the end, add spicy ground pepper (*sweet or hot depends on taste)
    Serve warm.
